Posted by Ariane Hernandez | Dec 30, 2019 2:04:50 PM

We reached out to five female leaders across the organization and asked, what career advice would you give to women who are considering a career at AdventHealth and this what they said...

"Be you. As a female in this organization you don’t have to exaggerate or diminish your behavior to be noticed and considered. It's refreshing to work for an organization where you are valued for your talent and attributes, not your gender.”

Susie Jamerson | Executive Director, Corporate HR

"Women are multifaceted, and that nature transfers to how we work. You can be direct and efficient, yet open, intuitive, and compassionate. Embrace those differences as you pursue a career at AdventHealth.”

Brielyn Sampson | Director, Corporate Responsibility - AdventHealth Shawnee Mission

There are so much opportunity here, different vocational disciplines and service lines that one can grow their skillset throughout their employment while living out our mission."
